Hi, there! I’m Miriam, CEO of Miriam & Maids Residential and Commercial Services L.L.C.
A few years ago I worked for a cleaning company, and after seeing the way they did their job, I realized I could do better than that. But when I asked them why they weren’t doing a better service, they told me that “Americans don’t know anything about cleaning, and they just like to have a good smell in their houses”. I felt that they were wronging people, but unfortunately, I didn’t speak English at all. So I ended up deciding to become an Uber Driver to improve my English skills.
I know I’m not perfect, but… When I felt comfortable enough to talk to people I started thinking, how can I do it? Could I do a better service than those cleaning companies were doing? Of course I could, they were deliberately scamming people. But then, the Covid-19 pandemic got worse, but that didn’t hold me back. It made me think and prepare more and more. How could I help people with a spotless and perfect service? Most houses were not even hiring cleaning services after feeling so wronged by them. We couldn’t put ourselves at risk.
So I studied the issue and found chemicals and machines to keep the virus out of the houses and kept thinking about how to match an unprecedented level of perfection. After pioneering the use of a Commercial Steamer inside houses and specific disinfectants against this virus, I started offering a REAL CLEANING. My goal was always that 100% has to be cleaned. And guess what? I got it. We made a huge success within our neighborhood, and then in other small towns, and so on until also getting to Orlando.
My wish is to help more and more people because my goal is to CLEAN YOUR HOUSE AND SEE YOUR JOY AFTER A PERFECTLY DONE SERVICE!
